  • Develop cutting-edge marketing strategies for the performance category and international markets.
  • Lead compelling, creative campaigns that integrate across product lines and storytelling moments.
  • Direct marketing for retail locations in London and Berlin and manage distributor partnerships globally.
  • Implement innovative digital marketing techniques to boost online engagement and brand visibility.
  • Balance creative marketing initiatives with commercial goals to drive company growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and perform industry research to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful strategy implementation.
  • At least 7 years of senior marketing experience, with a record of innovation and disruptive marketing.
  • Experience in sustainability within the marketing realm is a plus.
  • Proven capability in crafting and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team management.
  • A proactive approach to market trends and strategic adaptability.
  • Interest in minimalist footwear or regenerative, ethical fashion is a major advantage.
  • Outstanding project management abilities and analytical skills.

This full-time, hybrid role is based in the UK, with a requirement of 62 in-person 'connection days' annually. Vivobarefoot, a leader in minimalist footwear, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and International Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the brand marketing strategy and execution across wholly owned retail stores in London and Berlin and across distributor partners. We are looking for a creative marketer with a knack for disruptive marketing as well as strong commercial acumen to lead innovative campaigns and foster collaboration across teams.


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies for the performance category and international retail markets, ensuring alignment with Vivobarefoot's brand vision and business objectives.

  • Creative Campaign Management: Oversee brand campaign moments across the calendar and work closely with category leads and channels to integrate with product campaigns, content moments and BAU marketing. Drive creative and disruptive marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness and engage customers.

  • International Retail Management: Manage marketing efforts across key retail locations, including London and Berlin, and oversee distributor marketing to ensure brand consistency and effective promotional activities internationally.

  • Digital Innovation: Lead digital marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in digital strategies to enhance online presence and engagement. Innovate with cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to drive brand visibility.

  • Creative and Commercial Balance: Blend creative initiatives with commercial viability, ensuring that marketing efforts are not only imaginative but also drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Market Analysis: Work with Go-To-Market team to feed into ongoing market research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of our customers. Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Cross-functional Engagement: Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Merchandising, Product Development, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of the brand strategy and alignment with overall company goals. 


  • Experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role with a proven record in innovation and disruptive marketing. Sustainability experience within these roles are a plus.
  • A strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both creative and data-driven.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with the minimalist footwear industry or a passion for regenerative and ethical fashion is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.


  • This is a full-time position.
  • This is a hybrid role based in the UK – we will unfortunately be unable to consider any candidates based internationally.
