  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.


London, UK (Hybrid Working)

We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK & US and not stopping there. We're growing fast and so we're looking for a new Creative Director to join our team and lead our Guinness account.

An icon in the advertising world, we've been working with Guinness over the last few years to build a social presence with community at it's heart that's helped them become Britain's most popular pint.In this role, you'll work across multiple markets for the brand, leading their social strategy alongside an ambitious and fast paced team.

You will be led by our Head of Creative working alongside our other Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors and Head of Design & Studio to develop the creative output and social-first thinking from our Creative department.

This opportunity is to be the creative leader on the Guinness account, as well as getting involved in our new business and pitching activity.  You will be working closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to understand the client's brief, challenges, and opportunities, and use these to build out an overarching social-first creative approach that achieves measurable results. You'll then work alongside our Design & Studio team, briefing in and overseeing the production process to help bring your vision to life. You will need to be capable of pushing boundaries with innovative thinking, but also balance this with a pragmatic approach that can work within constraints.

✏️ What you'll be doing:

  • Creative Ideation: Translating strategy into big creative campaign ideas, social-first always-on formats and successfully pitching award-worthy Creative work to current and potential clients
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintaining consistency across all of the creative output ensuring everything ladders up to the overall direction of a client's social (and wider marketing) direction
  • Creative Leadership: Orchestration and delivery of the most technically challenging work, demonstrating social-first output for your department and deepening key senior client and interagency relationships
  • Team Leadership: Leading on the performance and development of Creatives, ensuring they are thriving both as individuals and as a team. Supporting technical learning, hiring new team members and careful selection of freelancers
  • Growth of Agency and Output: Feeding into the long-term agency creative vision, unlocking new opportunities through expertise and seeking opportunities to raise Born Socials' profile within the industry

👀 Who we're looking for:

This role is perfect for anyone who's been in a social conceptual creative role, in-house or agency side, for the last few years.Specifically, we're on the lookout for these things:

  • You've got at least 7 years agency experience in a conceptual creative or creative strategy role, with strong social experience (ideally working with FMCG and alcohol brands)
  • You have a track record of pitching and delivering industry leading creative campaigns, rooted in cultural relevance and social insights.
  • You've had experience working with and delivering creative direction and campaign ideation for big-name global brands 
  • You're able to lead and inspire others
  • You've confident holding high-level client relationships
  • You are a confident decision maker and able to creatively problem solve to course correct quickly and clearly
  • You have impressive deck creation and presenting skills
