- Role Summary:
- Manage relationships with multiple charity partners to maximize partnership benefits.
- Conduct regular partner meetings to provide custom advice and identify growth opportunities.

- Meet individual growth targets by securing renewals and identifying up and cross-selling opportunities.

The role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to play a vital role in helping charities secure essential legacy income.
Our 300 charity partners work with us to deliver a free will service promoting legacy giving. For many of our partners, over half of their income comes from gifts in wills, securing long-term funding for their cause areas.
As part of our dynamic, fast-growing startup, you’ll work closely with our charity partners to enhance their engagement and drive growth. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you will be instrumental in providing strategic support and guidance, making a tangible impact on both our partners and their beneficiaries. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior professional eager to develop their career in a supportive, innovative environment.
In this role you will
- Take responsibility for managing dozens of smaller charities, ensuring they can make the most of their partnership with Farewill
- Organise regular meetings with charity partners to onboard them, offer tailored advice and identify opportunities for account growth
- Utilise marketing knowledge to develop and refine our partners marketing strategy to deliver more effective legacy marketing campaigns
- Effectively handle client queries with ease and professionalism via email and phone, ensuring every partner feels supported and valued
- Own an individual target to drive growth across your accounts through securing renewals, identifying upsell opportunities and exploring cross selling opportunities
About you
- Passionate about supporting charities, and eager to join a dynamic startup environment and make a meaningful impact
- Experience in account management or working within the charity sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, focused on building and nurturing relationships
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in designing and implementing strategic email, social & offline campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail; ensuring all communication is accurate and thorough
- A proactive, innovative mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
- Committed to putting customers first, working with urgency and focus, and maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment
