- Strong communication skills, decisive, meticulous, goal-driven, and technically skilled.

The role - As a Linienverantwortlicher für die Abfüllung (m/w/d), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth production process in compliance with occupational safety and quality guidelines. You will also be responsible for personnel deployment according to the personnel plan and participate in the team's holiday planning. You will support colleagues in troubleshooting as well as product and format changes. You will also be responsible for instructing leasing employees on workplace safety, hygiene and food safety, and the work processes at the workplace.
Job requirements - Ideally, you have completed training in the food sector or have adequate professional experience. You have several years of professional experience and initial management responsibility; a master craftsman/technician certificate is an advantage. You have good IT skills with scanners and PCs and are willing to develop further. You have good communication skills and are decisive, careful, goal-oriented, technically and personally convincing.
