  • Role Summary:
    • Support Direct Engagement Managers in leading multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
    • Focus heavily on Face to Face (80%) and also Telemarketing (20%) strategies.
    • Coordinate the creation and distribution of fundraising materials.
    • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports for review.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Knowledge of fundraising regulations is essential.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver complex projects on schedule and budget.
    • Experience with donor acquisition through external agencies.
    • Proficiency in monitoring campaigns, analyzing KPIs, and data-driven strategic decision-making.
    • Experience in conducting quality control measures such as mystery shops and site visits.
    • Capability to develop and deliver training materials.

The role As our Fundraising Executive - Face to Face you will play a pivotal role in our fundraising strategy. You will support our Direct Engagement Managers, to lead multi-channel campaigns, focusing on both Face to Face and Telemarketing initiatives. With an 80% allocation to Face to Face and 20% to Telemarketing, you will be at the forefront of our growth trajectory. You will assist the Direct Engagement Managers in crafting compelling campaigns to drive donor acquisition and income targets. You will coordinate the delivery of fundraising materials across various acquisition channels. You will maintain meticulous records of campaign activities, generating insightful reports for performance evaluation.

Job requirements To be successful, it is important that you have proficiency in fundraising regulations, with a knack for resolving day-to-day issues. You should have strong project management abilities, delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in acquiring new donors through external fulfilment agencies is required. You should have expertise in monitoring and analysing campaign targets, results, and KPIs. You should have demonstrated proficiency in conducting mystery shops, shadowing site visits, and call listening. You should have a track record in developing and delivering materials, as well as training sessions. You should have an aptitude for utilising data insights to drive strategic decisions and manage budgets effectively.
