The Senior Officer, Training and Advice will develop and deliver training for Arts Council staff that deliver our funding programmes and help develop external advice giving resources to support applicants to our programmes.
If you were already in this training and advice role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: Working collaboratively with subject matter experts to design training that helps all Arts Council staff to understand and deliver grant-making processes confidently and compliantly. Using technology to optimise our training time and making all our staff training content accessible and engaging. Co-delivering staff training sessions. Creating clear and accessible external advice and guidance content to support applicants. Continually improving our library of external applicant-facing advice-giving resources.
