  • Prior experience in Third Party Intervention/Capture and a solid grasp of motor insurance principles.
  • Confidence in phone communication and proficiency in written correspondence.
  • A thorough understanding of the complete claims process is highly desirable.
  • Initial conversation with the Talent team.
  • Subsequent interview with two members of the Claims team.
  • Background checks are required to comply with FCA regulations.

The Role As a Technical Claims Handler, you will be making initial contact with drivers who have been involved in an accident with one of our customers. You will be offering services to help get the Third Party back on the road (vehicle repairs, courtesy cars, or assisting with personal injury elements). You will be delivering amazing customer service at every opportunity and supporting your team to collectively meet (or exceed!) team goals.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone with previous experience in Third Party Intervention / Capture and knowledge of motor insurance principles. You should have a confident phone manner and great written communication skills. Knowledge of end to end claims processes is ideal.
