- Develop a leading e-commerce platform and content management system for an exceptional buying experience.
- Create a product vision, goals, and a strategic roadmap for our e-commerce platform.
- Manage product development cycles, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and timeline management.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, platform products, or entrepreneurial ventures in scale-ups is preferred.
We are MANUAL, a promising start-up in the health & wellness space. We deliver healthcare at scale thanks to our comprehensive digital clinic. Our ambition is to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond focusing on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity and hair loss. We are centralising the diagnosis, custom medications, doctor specialist services, behavioural change and fully vertically integrated management of the treatment journey, under one roof and consumer brand.
The role entails owning and developing our e-commerce platform and content management system to make the best-in-class buying experience and next level internal tools within a complex healthcare environment. You will gain a deep understanding of our treatment areas, patient experience and commercial strategy to create the product vision, goals and roadmap for our ecommerce platform. You will also manage day-to-day execution, including developing user stories, writing acceptance criteria, prioritising a backlog & managing timelines.
Job requirements include 5+ years product management experience, strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools and methodologies. Preferred: Entrepreneurial experience or experience in building 0-to-1 products in scale-ups. E-commerce experience, or experience building platform products.
