  • Lead the strategic development and growth of our Hair Loss (HL) and Hair Transplant products.
  • Set and execute your own Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and product roadmap.
  • Utilize your expertise to solve user problems and achieve company goals.
  • Have the autonomy to test innovative ideas and quickly iterate on product features.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record with A/B testing and growth experimentation techniques.
  • Strong commercial awareness and growth marketing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision and milestones.

We are centralising the diagnosis, custom medications, doctor specialist services, behavioural change and fully vertically integrated management of the treatment journey, under one roof and consumer brand.

The role entails refining and growing our successful Hair Loss and Hair Transplant proposition. As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you’ll own the HL product strategy, on a mission to build the biggest digital HL clinic in the UK and beyond. You’ll have the power to set up your OKRs and roadmaps, to solve user problems and contribute to the company objectives. You’ll be fully empowered to experiment, fail fast, and build the right features to move key business metrics across the journey (acquisition, activation, retention).

Job requirements include 5+ years product management experience, strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools and methodologies, significant experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation, strong commercial awareness and proficiency with growth marketing, and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, marketing, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
