Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. We are seeking a passionate Events and Experience Manager to join our Melbourne based team.
The role involves project managing and executing remarkable experiences, delivering key campaign moments such as launches, Movember 1 activations and end-of-campaign events. This is a fixed term full-time position until October 2025, with the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond office. Some interstate travel during our busy campaign season may also be required.
Key aspects of the role include planning and delivering high-calibre events, creating and executing engaging public activations and launches, handling the entire event lifecycle, developing comprehensive event strategies, working effectively with key stakeholders, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the media marketing landscape, demonstrating strong project management skills, and ensuring all events are consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can take initiative and work independently, with a flair for innovative thinking and creative problem-solving. Proven experience in managing multiple projects and adhering to strict timelines is essential, as is the ability to focus on the finer details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Excellent communication skills are required to work closely with various teams and stakeholders.
