- Create and drive sales with medium to large commercial farmers in Laikipia.
- Guide clients through the purchase process and ensure a smooth transaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and resellers.
- Resident of Laikipia with in-depth knowledge of local farming activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field, with a preference for agronomy or agribusiness qualifications.
- Prior sales experience in the agricultural sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Role: To meet our sales targets, we are looking for a dynamic and talented Junior Sales Manager who will be responsible for creating demand directly with medium and large-scale commercial farmers within a defined region. The role involves closing sales with farmers and directing them to collect from distributors or resellers.
Job requirements: MUST be based in the area of operation: Laikipia Must have a sound knowledge of farming activities in the area of operation Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, or a related field. Qualifications in agronomy or agribusiness will be an added advantage Previous experience in sales, especially within the agricultural sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
