- Lead the management and nurturing of long-term commercial relationships with project proponents.
- Negotiate and oversee agreements, serving as the primary contact and internal advocate for proponents.
- Proactively identify and develop future project opportunities to foster continuous collaboration.
- Experience in negotiating long-term commercial agreements, preferably in carbon markets or related fields.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for nature conservation and a mission-driven approach to climate change and biodiversity.
- An adaptive mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable in a remote international team.

- Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with our partners that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring mutual benefit and value creation.
- You will negotiate and oversee the entire lifecycle of our agreements with project proponents, from initiation through to completion, and act as the main point of contact for all related enquiries.
- Your role will require a proactive approach to identifying and progressing future project opportunities with our contracted proponents, thereby fostering an environment of continuous collaboration and growth.
- In addition to managing these relationships, you will represent the proponent's perspective internally, ensuring that we are delivering real value to them and building deep trust.
- Experience negotiating long term commercial agreements
- Prior experience in the carbon markets or a related field in a sales or account management role
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record of increasing yield of existing accounts
- Rapid learner with exceptional critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proven ability to advocate for their clients in a commercial context
- A track record of effective problem solving for clients
