Volunteer Online Business Manager to oversee and help come up with strategy for growth

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a volunteer online business manager to oversee the various aspects of our organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the business operations as well as working closely with the CEO to set the strategic goals of the organisation.   As the organisation is a startup, you will benefit from working close to the CEO and really making this position your own and assist the CEO with overseeing and ensuring that the organisation runs as a well oiled machine.   Attitude and character is more important to us than experience. However, the more experience you have the better as this will ensure that you can hit the ground running.

What are we looking for?

Must have experience managing online businesses and preferable a life coaching business. Strong project management and organisational skills. Effective communicators. Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience in streamlining processes within the organisation to ensure that important information and activities doesn't slip through the cracks. Inform the CEO on the status of all projects Attention to details and effective prioritisation   DESIRABLE   Be a Believer in Jesus Christ and the His Ministry Has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Personal Saviour Understands the importance of prayer and has an active prayer life

Dymund Lyfe is a life coaching business specifically for young christian women and empowering them to be the Queens that God created them to be. We understand that some young women are not able to afford coaching so Queens of Virtue offer free service to assist them. From our sponsorship from the public, we also use the money to fund the coaching for these young women which helps us fulfill our mission in empowering young women to really shine as diamonds and make an impact in their generation.   The person in this role will really love seeing young women being raised up from either homelessness, dealing with emotional turmoil, joblessness and many more to finally becoming the incredible women who exude confidence and are making impact in their generations.
