As our Equity Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in the Equity Lab Team, you will:
- Design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) strategies that focus on equity-related activities.
- Develop MEL frameworks and manage project evaluations.
- Integrate MEL into program design to enhance decision-making and refinement of strategies.
The role requires:
- Experience in MEL related to equity in health, science, or research settings.
- Skills in developing frameworks and indicators, managing evaluations, and effectively communicating insights.
- Able to handle complex projects under tight deadlines.
