  • Engage in international communication with global offices.
  • Plan travel itineraries, manage budgets, and ensure safety for Adventure Leaders.
  • Coordinate logistics for accommodations, transportation, and guides.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tour programs.
  • Must be proficient in English and a native Chinese speaker.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept in Microsoft 365 and industry software.
  • Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A tourism-related degree is beneficial, though not required.
  • A passion for travel and familiarity with China is advantageous.

The role entails international communication, working closely with colleagues across our offices in Shanghai, Yangshuo (China), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), and London (United Kingdom). You will be responsible for travel planning, preparing itinerary budgets, safety forms and other key information for our on-trip Adventure Leaders. You will also organize our customer’s travel arrangements, including; guides, accommodation, transportation etc., across China (and potentially regions throughout Asia). You will oversee logistics and help to implement best practices upon all our adventure tour programs.

Job requirements include a professional level of written and spoken English, native Chinese speaker, attention to detail, ability to quickly learn/use Microsoft 365, Word & Excel, and our other travel industry related software systems. You must be able to work efficiently and independently as your direct line manager may not be based in the same office location. Previous experience in the travel industry is wonderful, but not required. Graduates with tourism-related degrees are encouraged, but not essential. You must have a love of travel! Being well travelled within China is a plus.
