  • Support the operations and growth strategies for The Dragon Trip and The Learning Adventure.
  • Collaborate with international offices to manage finances and accounting operations within the travel industry.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage daily transactions.
  • Handle invoices and receipts, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • Adept at maintaining confidentiality and exhibiting strong ethical standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Xero, Word, and Advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong local knowledge and networking capabilities.
  • Finance or accounting degree and more than 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

The role entails supporting operations and growth strategies of both The Dragon Trip and The Learning Adventure. You will work closely with colleagues across our offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Yangshuo (China), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), and London (United Kingdom). You will assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, manage records and receipts, process invoices, reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions, and manage day-to-day accounting operations specific to the travel industry.

Job requirements include fluency in Chinese and English, strong ethics, ability to manage confidential data, demonstrate initiative and creativity, ability to quickly learn/use Microsoft 365, Xero, Word, Advanced MS Excel, and our other travel industry related software systems. You should have excellent local knowledge and contacts across the region. Previous finance/bookkeeping experience is preferred. A Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is required. More than 2 years relevant work experience is preferred.
