- Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in member engagement and facilities coordination.
- Proficiency in managing financial aspects like budget tracking and handling debtors.
- Background in event management, preferably in the co-working sector.

Founded in 2019, by 3 hugely motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a certified B Corp!
We currently manage 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive club spaces for over 3000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes with plans to launch more sites in 2024.
The bit about you:
As Community Manager at our stunning Milton Keynes site, you will fully immerse yourself within the x+why eco system by building genuine connections with each of our members. Your people skills will be through the roof amazing – you enjoy getting to know anyone and everyone! When there is a problem to solve, you are the person everyone comes to and managing numerous priorities is what you do best!
Your positive energy and persistent tenacity ensure you breeze through even the bumpiest of days. Experience with member engagement, facilities coordination, financials (budget tracking/debtors) and event management is preferred within the flexible co-working sector.
