  • Role Summary
    • Deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for members.
    • Build strong relationships with members and colleagues, showcasing outstanding people skills.
    • Assist the Community Manager with event coordination and operational tasks.
    • Maintain a vibrant and varied front desk experience, no two days are the same!

The bit about us:

Founded in 2019, by 3 incredibly motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a certified B Corp!

We currently manage 400,000 sqft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive club spaces for over 3000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes with plans to launch more sites in 2024.  

The bit about you:

As the first (and last) person our members engage with each day, you will understand what exceptional service looks like, and how to achieve that. Your people skills will be through the roof amazing – you enjoy getting to know anyone and everyone and will be the first to put up your hand to help a colleague or member. You enjoy the buzz of a varied role where no two days are the same! While engaging with members on the front desk, you will also be supporting the Community Manager with meeting and event coordination, ordering supplies, liaising with caterers and assist with any ad hoc technical or facility issues.
