What will you be doing?
Our website has been developed using Google Sites https://sites.google.com/view/newfoap/home We need to keep it up to date with upcoming events, reports of events, and our newsletter archive. It has been around for a while and could do with a refresh. We sell books and calendars, and recruit new members via the website. We send our (350+) members a monthly newsletter using MailChimp. We need someone who can take an MS Word document, and turn it into a MailChimp email. We would welcome advice on use of X, Instagram, Facebook etc. to publicise our group.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an IT technician with knowledge of Google Sites, MailChimp and social media.
What difference will you make?
We are keen to expand our membership. We believe that updating our website and newsletters, and making more use of social media can help achieve that.
