This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excelled in complex commercial leadership roles and is ready to draw on their expertise to tighten and turbocharge a high-impact sales motion.

You’ll be

  • Identifying and leading expansion into new market opportunities, including expanding the service into new areas or working with new disadvantaged groups

  • Building and managing relationships with a range of Government bodies and large partners (Primes) to develop compelling partnership solutions

  • Experience working cross functionally to identify, secure and launch new bids

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Extremely high standards of yourself and others

  • A strong ability to translate complex operational models into elegant service design

  • Data skills - we’re not expecting you to be a whizz on SQL (that’s a bonus), but we do need you to be highly proficient on GSheets and capable of making data-driven decisions
