  • Oversee and manage complex global mobility and immigration cases. Act as a consultant for the business and internal People teams, handling intricate cases and ensuring every employee's relocation or visa experience is smooth and legally compliant.
  • Ensure the company is compliant by managing annual required training such as Preventing Discrimination and Harassment and Compliance training.
  • Assist L&D with employee-facing training, such as co-facilitating and serving as a showrunner in large instructor-led sessions when needed.
  • Support the company’s expansion plans by managing the relationship and process with our Employer of Record.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve our operations and service delivery within the Shared Services model to deliver efficient and exceptional support to employees and the business.
  • Collaborate with specialized functional People teams, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders to drive People team initiatives and ad hoc projects to support the team toward business goals.
  • Support employment-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and managers on complex and/or sensitive matters through the ticketing system and/or meetings. These include, but are not limited to, benefit questions, career development, leave of absence, policies, and relocation requests.
