- Role Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial procurement setting, preferably across diverse categories.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of managing contracts effectively.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledgeable about the external supply market to provide expert business advice.
- Team player with a driven and organised approach, able to independently drive results.
- Proficient IT skills, including database management and Excel.
- Analytical, numerate, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, enjoyable work environment.
- Relevant procurement certifications (MCIPS/FCIPS) are desirable.

The role Funding Circle is looking for an Interim Senior Procurement Manager based in London, reporting into the Group Finance Director. You will be responsible for supporting the Procurement and Supplier Management processes and will act as a subject matter expert for all things procurement. This will include forming effective relationships across multiple teams, levels and suppliers to guide them through procurement decisions and drive operational processes and initiatives.

Job requirements Relevant experience in a Procurement commercial environment (8yrs+), ideally across multiple categories (Technology, Marketing & Professional Services). Experience with negotiation of contracts, including costs, payment terms, success criteria, etc. Experience in building relationships with business stakeholders of all levels. Understand the external supply market & translate into expert advice for the business. A team player who is driven, organised, confident in their approach to work & has the ability “to get things done” by using their own initiative. Strong IT skills, including database management, Excel, etc. Analytical and numerically astute with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment. Relevant procurement qualifications, such as MCIPS / FCIPS.
