  • Respond promptly to merchant inquiries and work towards timely resolutions.

The Role As an Analyst I, Merchant Care, you will be responsible for responding to merchant inquiries and ensuring timely resolution. You will gather relevant information from merchants and internal teams in order to process change requests. You will collaborate with internal teams; Merchant Configuration, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance teams to ensure seamless processing of requests. You will handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders. Capacity to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Quick learner, adaptable to changes in processes and procedures. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Fluent in English. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
