As a Growth Executive, you will be part of a small team with big responsibility. This team helps ensure MM can not only attract customers but also retain them, driving sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with the Senior Growth Lead Aidan, Bev CRM Executive, Brand and Operational teams.

Your responsibilities will include testing, iterating and scaling our acquisition channels, with a particular focus on online channels (referrals, partnerships, influencers etc). You will also be required to build these channels from the ground up, set up processes, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in results.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in a growth marketing role, preferably for a D2C or e-commerce brand. You should be a self-starter, able to take an initiative from ideation to execution to scale through an iterative approach. You should also be adaptable and flexible, able to pivot quickly in response to market dynamics, customer needs, and internal challenges.
