Role Summary

The Role: As an Account Manager at Bright Network, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors and industries. This role involves nurturing year-on-year relationships to build long-term partnerships. You will take a consultative and creative approach to understand how our different product & service lines can meet client objectives. Key responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, delivering presentations, leading client kick-offs, interpreting campaign data, and identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities.

Job Requirements: Successful candidates will have a proven track record in hitting commercial targets within an account or relationship management role. You should be a confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with client stakeholders. A growth mindset, a will to win, and a trusted delivery approach are essential.
