Role Summary -

Role Requirements -

  • Should be capable of working independently providing their own insurance and invoicing details.
  • Mastery in public mobilisation, advocacy campaigns, and project management.
  • A full, clean UK driving license is essential; ability to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Familiarity with sewage pollution issues is desirable.

Our mission is to tackle all threats to our oceans, with a strong grassroots presence and impactful actions from the beachfront to the political front-bench.

The Role: This year presents a unique opportunity with the upcoming Water Reform Bill, a review of Bathing Water Regulations, and elections in Wales and Scotland. To leverage these events for systemic change, we are expanding our team. We seek a skilled Campaign Freelancer to enhance our campaigns team for up to 6 months, starting immediately. This role involves hands-on project management and delivery of our critical sewage pollution campaigns, aiming to mobilize public support and exert pressure on MPs and the Government.

Job Requirements: Candidates should be able to work independently as freelancers, providing their own insurance and invoicing details. Experience in public mobilization, advocacy campaigns, and strong project management skills are essential. Familiarity with sewage pollution issues is desirable. The role is ideally based at our Cornwall HQ, but remote work is an option for the right candidate. A full, clean UK driving license is required as some travel, including overnight stays, may be necessary.
