Role Summary
- Report to the Content Marketing Manager and collaborate with Content, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Support the team in updating and maintaining website and client portal content.
- Work on pages optimization, researching images, editing content, and synthesising extensive materials into concise summaries.
- Opportunities to contribute in broader content projects like writing articles and contributing to print magazine.
Role Requirements
- Experience in web writing and comfortable using a CMS, preferably WordPress.
- Expertise in using image libraries and writing accurate, clean copies.
- Excellent grammar, comfort with multiple deadlines, and understanding of AI usage.
- Desirable: strong writing portfolio, travel industry experience, knowledge of luxury sector, familiarity with sustainability initiatives, SEO best practices understanding, keen visual details observation.

We strive to be that well-travelled friend our clients can come to for advice and inspiration and to really get under the skin of the places they visit and experience things that don’t always make it into the guidebooks.
The role You’ll be reporting to the Content Marketing Manager and working closely with the rest of the Content team, Product Managers, and Marketing team. Day-to-day, you’ll support the team responsible for updating and maintaining the content on our website and in our client portal. This might include optimising our pages, updating sample itineraries, researching images, editing hotel pages, or distilling extensive background material into succinct summaries for our travellers. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in wider content projects including producing articles for our site and contributing to our print magazine.
Job requirements Essential: Experience writing for the web, comfortable using a CMS, ideally WordPress, experience using image libraries, ability to write and edit accurate, clean copy, excellent grammar, comfortable working to multiple deadlines, an understanding of how to use AI appropriately. Good to have: A strong writing portfolio, experience within the travel industry, knowledge of the luxury sector, familiarity with sustainability initiatives, an understanding of SEO best practices, a strong eye for visual details.
