Role Summary

  • Take charge and refine the automated quality strategy for our software-as-a-medical-device platform.
  • Design resilient test frameworks, ensure quality from the early development stages and scale up a platform impacting patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Role Requirements

  • A hands-on Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in test automation and modern testing practices.
  • Proficiency in testing both front-end and back-end systems, including APIs and data flow.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, React, Playwright, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud, Git, Postman, and AI-assisted coding tools. Experience in e-commerce or transactional systems and exposure to regulated or high-trust environments is advantageous.

The Role As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Daye, you will own and evolve our automated quality strategy for our software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) platform. This role involves designing robust test frameworks, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle, and scaling a platform that impacts patient outcomes. You will work closely with product, engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements We are seeking a hands-on Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation and modern testing best practices. You should have proven ability to test both front-end and back-end systems, including APIs and data flows. Experience with Node.js, React, Playwright, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud is preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Git, Postman, and AI-assisted coding tools is also beneficial. Experience in e-commerce or transactional systems, and exposure to regulated or high-trust environments is a plus.
