As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the programme management of one or more of our programmes and will report to the Head of Programme Management. You’ll be part of a team of programme management specialists who drive activity across Teach First's functions to make sure programmes are delivered on time, on budget and to high quality. You’ll work with people across the organisation to make sure our trainees and programme members get the best experience and are set up to help build a fair education for all.

We are looking for a strong project manager with fantastic organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be able to communicate clearly to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with others to create a positive work culture and effect change, and be comfortable influencing peers and senior colleagues to get work done. You should continuously look for ways to improve, and have experience of developing or updating effective systems and processes. You should be able to multi-task effectively, working on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt well to change.
