This project is for a PhD researcher to catalogue AAPD’s holdings of the 18th century Italian printmaker and architect, Giovanni Battista Piranesi. The AAPD holdings are comprised of 1038 prints, some of which are individual etchings, and many which are etchings bound in original albums, produced by the artist.
