  • Role Summary
    • Lead the Pass it On Project, offering free subscriptions in 66+ countries.
    • Develop and execute the campaign strategy, goals, and marketing calendar.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote campaign goals.
    • Establish a strong presence in India, creating campaigns with virality and word-of-mouth potential.
    • Partner with Comms and partnerships teams to amplify the campaign's reach.
    • Engage with influencers to build a network of ambassadors.
    • Set up frameworks for channel and campaign measurement, ensuring clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Role Requirements
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in health or femtech.
    • Proven track record of building brand campaigns for consumer apps.
    • Insight into the cultural zeitgeist and understanding of female health brands.
    • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and campaign integration.
    • Skilled in marketing planning, budgeting, and performance optimization.
    • Familiarity with the Indian market and social media management is a plus.
    • Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication abilities.
    • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Salary Range: £72,000 — £80,000

We are looking for an ambitious, purpose-driven, results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to join the Brand Marketing team as mat cover on a fixed term contract of up to 11 months. In addition to helping us build an iconic brand, you will help us support our Prosocial Initiative (Pass it on project), a global program that focuses on improving health literacy in communities most in need.

Your Experience

Must have:


  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience in building brand campaigns for consumer apps, from ideation to execution, also working with creative teams. 
  • Strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, female health and well-being brands, market dynamics and core consumer audience. Experience in health or femtech preferred. 
  • Experience working for consumer apps, understanding the importance of marketing to current and new audiences - and building marketing plans that are optimized for an app business 
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and can mobilise different teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and promoted across channels. 
  • Experience in marketing planning and budgeting, tracking campaign performance and optimising for success. 
Salary Range:
£72,000 £80,000

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:


  • Lead Flo’s Pass it On Project giving our subscription for free in 66+ countries with 14M gifts activated as of today and a significant impact on health literacy rates in countries like India and Indonesia. 
  • Own the campaign strategy, goals and KPIs, and the project’s marketing calendar and drive the development of campaign planning and execution. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical & science, product, and creative, to drive forward campaign goals, promoting value to the beneficiary and non-beneficiary countries. 
  • Use Pass It On Project as a vehicle to develop our presence in India with a local country manager. Develop strategies that create virality and WOM that help to drive awareness about the program in India.
  • Work closely with our Comms and partnership team to work out opportunities that help amplify our voice and efforts in these markets. 
  • Work closely with our Influencer team to build our influencer and ambassador network in these markets. 
  • Work closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics, to set up our channel and campaign measurement framework to ensure that campaigns and initiatives have clear objectives and KPIs. Launch local market surveys where needed to get a better understanding of general awareness around female health and period trackers.
