The Job

Our Co-founders, Executive Chair and President EMEA respectively, are looking for a first-rate EA to make their lives easier so they can devote their energies to accelerating the growth of the business.

The most important characteristics of a successful EA at our company is attitude, energy and an eye for detail. You will always be thinking about what they can do to make things easier and then swiftly putting these ideas into practice. The willingness to help and the ability to anticipate what might be needed, and act on it, is crucial. The EA is always at least a couple of steps ahead.

To be successful, the EA will demonstrate quality finish in everything that they do. Nothing can slip through. No activity is too trivial to do properly. Everything must be accurate.

Day-to-Day

  • Supporting both co-founders closely on their business development outreach and nurturing existing and prospect client relationships. A background supporting on biz dev would be helpful.
  • Meticulous and proactive calendar management including prep and follow-up from meetings and one-to-ones with direct reports, fielding requests as appropriate, collating and circulating agendas and papers etc. A key focus will be on filling the founders’ calendars with appropriate C-suite client and prospective client meetings, utilising their relationship (and nurturing your own relationships with their EAs)
  • Taking on and managing projects, e.g. supporting marketing on the coordination of founder let initiatives – webinars, senior HR leaders roundtables, dinner and supporting the people team on all company events.
  • Being eyes and ears in the office as well as an ambassador for the Exec team internally
  • All business admin, logistics, etc. from expenses and inbox management to ensuring top-notch hospitality for visiting clients
  • Supporting the Exec Chair in his role as Chair of the Board, including coordinating the annual meeting cadence, collating and distributing the papers, ensuring actions have been followed up with and acting as a key point of contact to all Board and Committee members.

About you

  • 6+ years experience supporting at C-Suite level (at Chief Sales / Commercial / Revenue Officer would be a bonus). Client liaison is a key part of the job.
  • An understanding of corporate and market governance would be useful, albeit not mandatory.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to respond as and on behalf of both founders.
  • Good tech fluency including all MS packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – a good grounding in Microsoft PPT to support on client decks would be useful.
  • Extensive experience in managing a hectic schedule and complex projects
  • A team player with a natural ability to engage with and coordinate multiple teams and departments and drive operational synergies.
  • Office Management experience
  • Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing/running client events

If this sounds like something you’d be great at, we’d love hear from you
