Role Summary:Assist with various daily operations at the hub, ensuring smooth functionalities and client satisfaction.Manage inventory, handle purchases, and oversee monthly financial obligations.Contribute to the organization and logistics of community events and social activities.Undertake administrative duties and report generation for Livit Hub Bali.

Role Requirements:Proficient in English with stellar communication abilities.At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.Past role experience in operations or administration assistance.Educational background in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred.Knowledge of accounting and business administration is highly valued.Customer-focused, organized, and adept in planning and multitasking.Team player with a strong grasp of computer skills and a willingness to adopt new online tools.Availability for shift work from Monday to Friday.

About Livit Hub Bali

The role

We are looking for a Junior GA to join our amazing team in Sanur, Bali. You will support the daily Hub Operations tasks of our Hub as well as interact with and assist the numerous clients we serve daily at our awesome Hub.

Important note: In order to be considered for this role, you have to be open to a shift-based work schedule.

Responsibilities: 


  • Handling daily operations tasks and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the lead.


  • Manage grocery stocks and coordinate all the relevant purchases.


  • Handling petty cash and monthly utility payments.


  • Supporting the Livit Hub Operation team in organizing and preparing logistics for community events and social activities.


  • Supporting Livit Hub Bali-related administrative duties, reports, etc.



Requirements:


  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.


  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.


  • Proven work experience as an operation or administration assistant.


  • Completed higher education in Hospitality or Business Administration is a great asset.


  • Knowledge of accounting and business administration is a great asset.


  • Customer-oriented mindset


  • Excellent planning and multitasking skills


  • A highly organized individual with good teamwork


  • Good computer skills and openness to learning and using new online tools.


  • Working by shift, Monday - Friday.
