Field Sales Agent | Home Made

At Home Made we offer our clients and customers something different to the norm. Our field sales team are a core part of that, focusing on showing customers their next home! Our field sales teams travel across London (within reason) on a daily basis, seeing traditional London housing as well as the news Build to Rent apartment buildings.

Salary: Basic £25K + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 9am-7pm. This role also involves a bi-weekly Saturday.

Location:  Our office: Southwark. The position requires daily travel across London – we're all about eco-friendly options, and our teams utilise public transport for traveling (no driving license required!)

Sounds great, so what will my role be? 

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective renters across London, 1:1 as well as small group viewings
  • Provide strong customer service to prospective renters prior, during and post viewings. From introducing potential renters to their future homes, to supporting them in making that all-important decision, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their rental experience
  • Showcase your knowledge and expertise, by highlighting the unique qualities of our properties, from the amenities, room capabilities, building offerings, to the best local parks, coffee shops, bars etc, tailoring your recommendations to each customer's lifestyle.
  • When things are quieter, you'll jump into the office to take phone and email enquiries, ultimately booking those interested in for viewings
  • Collaborating with our Account Management and Operations teams, you'll optimise property operations and contribute to various marketing initiatives.
  • Learn and develop in the world of real estate, from the legal aspects through to communication, sales, and becoming a trusted advisor

  • No prior experience in real estate is required (we actively recruit outside of the industry)
