📍Location - 3 days a week at our office in Sheffield city centre, the other 2 are up to you (wfh/office)

The Opportunity:

  • Handling direct support requests via telephone, web chat and email. 
  • Liaising with the development, account management and sales teams to ensure support requests are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

What we need from you:

  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound contact while maintaining quality and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to quickly understand new systems and products.
  • You know how to strike the balance of being both personable and professional at all times
