  • Drive the commercial success of Chilly's Wholesale channel in Europe.
  • Strategize and lead the expansion of B2B retail operations.
  • Develop and nurture new and existing customer relationships.
  • Utilize insights for continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Negotiate and plan commercial agreements.
  • Foster excellent customer service and account management.
  • Support in-store excellence and report on key business metrics.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience with wholesale/distribution customers, particularly in Europe.
  • Strong drive, energy, and tenacity.

Chilly’s are actively looking for a Wholesale Manager - Europe  to support the next stage of the Chilly's journey, as we supercharge our business growth. Chilly’s are looking for an energetic, forward thinking and positive individual to join their team.

Founded in 2010, Chilly’s are driven by their aim of enabling everyone to have cold water on-the-go, without having to buy single-use plastic water bottles. The result was the Chilly’s bottle, a modern and stylish product designed to combine the convenience of a plastic water bottle with the eco-friendly benefits of a traditional flask.

In pursuit of our mission ‘to accelerate the adoption and everyday use of reusable products’ we have now expanded the range to include a wider selection of reusable products with many more exciting products in development! Our products are created for an active urban lifestyle, with the perfect balance of distinctive style and unrivalled performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our B2B retail team, who work with some of the biggest and most exciting retailers in the UK and across Europe. Your role will be instrumental in leading the team in the development and implementation of Chilly's B2B strategy while owning your own work streams and customer relationships. 

Chilly’s have a fantastic London office in Shoreditch. We believe in flexibility and value collaboration, we are all currently working in a hybrid pattern. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are office days, and on Tuesday and Friday we work from home.

The Role

  • Leading the commercial performance of the Europe Wholesale channel 
  • Building out the Europe Wholesale channel, developing the long term strategy and operating as a leader within the organisation to advocate for your channel
  • Develop new customer relationships whilst maintaining and growing existing accounts 
  • Form insights to drive continuous improvements and a scalable approach
  • Planning and negotiating successful commercial agreements 
  • Create the conditions for phenomenal customer relationships through great account management and cross functional working 
  • Support our partners with the tools to enable them to bring the Chilly’s mission to life 
  • Excellent at delivering in store excellence through a third party
  • Reporting on forecasts, insights, strategies, pricing, data etc 


  • 4 years+ experience 
  • Proven track record and accountability delivering sales within​​ a successful competitive sales environment 
  • Experience working with wholesale / distribution customers 
  • Wholesale / distribution relationships in Europe is a plus
  • Strong drive, energy and tenacity to succeed 
  • Demonstrate excellent external and internal relationship management and influencing skills 
  • Strong commercial mindset 
  • Analytical and results-driven 
  • Self starter able to operate independently 
  • Flexible and agile, thrive in ambiguity 
  • Open to learn and actively seeks out new challenges 
  • Team player
