The Role This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about good food. As a member of the Scotland team, the Menu and Catering Skills Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Soil Association’s Food for Life programme. Promoting healthy and sustainable diets in schools and other public sector settings across Scotland, the postholder will support caterers in their menu planning and design, helping increase their knowledge and understanding of the programme and raise awareness.

Job Requirements You will be a highly motivated and organised individual competent in juggling multiple tasks to support delivery of the objectives of the organisation. Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders you will possess excellent interpersonal skills. The postholder will also have outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills and be confident working with various IT systems.
