You will own the strategy and team capacity planning ensuring the right people are in the right place and the right volumes are coming through to the team. You will work to constantly improve how we find organised fraud by ensuring our rules, models and analysis are the best in the industry.

You have a proven track record of driving process change, owning strategies, working with a wide range of stakeholders and measuring the success of changes. You have strong analytical skills and previous management experience.
