Role Summary:Oversee the operational delivery of the Inscrime team’s workload, KPIs, and SLA.Report on team performance weekly and manage strategy and team capacity planning.Improve fraud detection processes and maintain industry-leading standards in rules, models, and analysis.

Role Requirements:Minimum of 4 years in fraud prevention, insurance industry experience preferred.Proven experience in driving process change and strategy ownership.Strong analytical skills and prior management experience.

The Role You’ll be responsible for the operational delivery of the Inscrime team’s workload, KPIs and SLA and will report on this weekly. You will own the strategy and team capacity planning ensuring the right people are in the right place and the right volumes are coming through to the team. You will work to constantly improve how we find organised fraud by ensuring our rules, models and analysis are the best in the industry.

Job Requirements You have 4+ years working in fraud prevention, preferably in the insurance space but not essential. You have a proven track record of driving process change, owning strategies, working with a wide range of stakeholders and measuring the success of changes. You have strong analytical skills and previous management experience.
