As our Performance and BI Analyst, you will empower our Marketing & Fundraising teams and ensure that they have the data and insights they need to build and optimise campaigns. You will build and maintain performance reports to track our progress and success and embed a data-driven approach in all our marketing and fundraising efforts.

In this role, you will lead the scoping, data collection, and creation of high-quality reports. You will ensure accuracy and relevance across all business areas. You will design reports that follow our visual identity, using appropriate visuals and tables for quick insights. You will identify and resolve any inconsistencies in our data, ensuring reliable reporting. You will work with other analysts to gather necessary insights and maintain wide business knowledge.

To be successful, it is important that you have strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and M query. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to summarize and graphically represent data. Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4 is advantageous. Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to use SQL for data extraction and preparation. Proven ability to extract meaning from data and recommend actionable insights. Ability to influence colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve goals. Analytica and critical thinking skills. An organised and methodical approach to planning and resource allocation.

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.
