  • Role Summary:

The role - As a Hotel & Villa Partnerships Manager, you will be primarily concerned with the account management of a portfolio of hotels within The Americas region. You will be accountable for the product quality and commercial performance of your portfolio. You will also be expected to contribute to the wider partnerships team globally, ensuring the business continues to invest in the areas of largest return, and contribute beyond your day-to-day role to the commercial team and broader business.

Job requirements - The ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial acumen, and an analytical and commercial mindset. You should have at least three years of account management experience, preferably within boutique or luxury travel. An established network of boutique or luxury hotelier and industry contacts is preferred. You should also have an understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management, and a love of boutique travel and a keen eye for style and design. Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to engage people from all walks of life are essential. You should also have analytical, data-driven decision-making skills, familiarity with Google Drive or Microsoft Office (spreadsheet proficiency is a must), Salesforce and quick adoption of new databases and systems. Fluency in a second language to business standard is preferred but not essential. The ability to work flexible hours and occasionally travel internationally is required. You must hold a full driving license.
