- Manage and expand our network of healthy lifestyle ambassadors and partners.
- Develop strategies alongside global and regional leads to enhance the DACH community.
- Drive brand engagement and ROI through thought leadership and ambassador networks.
- Grow our podcast program and discord channels, ensuring a successful content strategy.
- Track and analyze community network data to provide actionable insights.
- Organize and attend key events to foster community engagement.
- Provide translation support and serve as the main contact for retail and concept store communities.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and strong experience in health, outdoor, or fitness sectors.
- Proven track record managing regional community programs and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Extensive contact network and advocacy for barefoot and natural health benefits.
- Passion for the outdoors and alignment with Vivobarefoot's mission.
- Based in Berlin or within commuting distance.
This full-time, hybrid position is based in Berlin and requires both remote work and in-person attendance at events and activations. We're looking for a highly credible, brand-aligned Community and Ambassador Manager with experience in delivering and actioning effective community programs. The role will is based in Berlin, and will report into our DACH Community lead.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Managingour existing network of ambassador partners.
- Identifying new healthy (lifestyle) ambassador, podcast and event partners.
- Workingwith the Global Education & Community Lead and DACH community lead todevelop and deliver the DACH community strategy.
- Primaryfocus will be building a network of healthy lifestyle thought leaders andambassadors, that will drive clear ROI, content and connection with thebrand.
- Developing our podcast program, sponsoring key health podcasts, driving a successfulrevenue stream from this channel.
- Developing our DACH discord channels, which are used to manage our wider Vivo Pronetwork.
- Trackingand reporting on content and conversions of your owned ambassadors.
- Reportingback to the business on the health of the community networks, sharinginsightful data and insights.
- Attendingkey events in the calendar year.
- Creatingonline and offline events to engage our DACH communities.
- Ad-hoc translation support between German and English and vice-versa.
- Main point of contact for key city-based retail store communities, events and activations.
- Main point of contact for key city-based Vivobarefoot concept store communities, events and activations.
- Regional event activations around stores.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU
- Fluency(C2 grade) in German with excellent reading, writing and listening andspeaking skills.
- You’rehave experience & network in the health, outdoor and/or fitness space.
- Youhave managed regional community programs in the past.
- Youare interested and willing in attending and doing face to face networkingwith our external community.
- Youhave a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Previousexperience managing ambassadors and professionals in Vivo-relatedindustries.
- Akiller book of contacts, with a great awareness of who could be fantasticadditions to the community.
- Youhave an excellent understanding of and/or you’re an advocate for thehealth benefits of barefoot shoes and natural health.
- Adeep-rooted passion for the outdoors and nature.
- Apassion for Vivobarefoot’s brand mission.
- You are based in Berlin or within an hour, or so, radius.

- This is a full time position.
- This is a hybrid role based in Berlin. We will be unable to consider any candidates based outside of this area.
- The successful candidate for this role will work from home, with in-person attendance expected at our wider company/team events and specific in-person attendance as required by this role (For example, attending Community events in the DACH region).
