Join The King's Trust as a Youth Development Lead in our Foundations program, based in Belfast. This role is a fixed-term position until March 31, 2027, working full-time at 35 hours per week. As a Youth Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for leading personal development sessions, both in-person and virtually, and will require some travel to support program delivery.

The role involves significant interaction with young people, ensuring their safety and fostering their development through tailored support and guidance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in line with our funding contracts and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
