This role involves spending four days a week outdoors, delivering life-changing programmes to young people. Activities include bushcraft, paddling, climbing, and hill walking. You will use your skills to inspire confidence and build resilience in these young individuals.

The role requires someone who can thrive in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting young people through meaningful, adventurous experiences. Ideal candidates will have experience working with vulnerable individuals and delivering outdoor learning programmes. While most of the week will be spent delivering sessions outdoors, expect one day a week at a desk planning sessions and recording data.

Job requirements include experience in working with vulnerable groups and delivering outdoor educational programmes. We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, passionate about youth development, and capable of working both outdoors and indoors.
