- Act as the SAP logistics Key User, overseeing the system's logistics functions and updates.
- Handle daily logistics tasks such as creating Transfer Orders and managing stock movements within SAP.
- Coordinate daily transport activities, manage intercompany flows, and supervise shipments, including returns and complaints.
- Be the primary logistics contact for Customer Service and manage specific logistics projects.
- Participate in the improvement of logistics tools and processes and fill in for team coordinators when needed.
- Professional degree in Logistics/Transport with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in SAP and logistics techniques such as inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and organize flows efficiently.
- Knowledge of fiscal and legal transport regulations.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Today, we are looking for our Logistics Assistant (H/F) on a 6-month fixed-term contract for Destination, which is our company for the transformation, roasting, packaging and distribution of organic and fair trade products (tea, infusion, coffee, sugar), and leader of the hot drinks section in specialized organic stores.

SAP Expertise Master the SAP tool by being the Key User logistics and defining the associated operating modes Create Transfer Orders in SAP for preparers and forklift drivers to manage the day's logistics activity Manage the different stock movements in SAP (entry, exits, transfers,..) Manage the storage architecture in the system and be responsible for its update without SAP Manage in SAP any subject related to transport, customer logistics and other logistics activities Prepare rotating inventories
Transport & Logistics customers Manage daily transport activity (booking, management of unforeseen events, animation, …) Manage interco flows with associated transports Manage all shipments or stock transfers to customers or external service providers with associated transports Manage product return elements, internal breaks and customer complaints Manage shipments of specific products (PLV, furniture, mills, …) in agreement with the sales department Manage the stock of empty pallets (orders and carrier balances)
Other activities Be the privileged logistics contact point of the Customer Service Be the referent on a major file (management of empty pallets or transport for example) Participate in the indicators inherent to the service (CSL, carrier service rate, stocks, …) Participate in projects to improve the working tool (racks, stocks, palletization, trolleys, SAP, …) Be able to replace occasionally the preparers or forklift drivers on handling / order preparation activities Be able to replace occasionally the referents in the coordination of the team in case of absence
You have at least a professional BAC in Logistics / transport, and you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
You master transport techniques and are recognized for your skills in managing and organizing flows. You have a good knowledge of fiscal and legal regulations in terms of transport.
You master the SAP tool and know the logistics techniques (inventory, added value, …).
Beyond your technical skills, your listening skills, rigor and analysis, as well as your interpersonal skills will be assets to succeed in this position.
