Role Summary:
- Managing data, systems, and operations to support scalable global programs.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years in data and operations
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Skills in data analysis, handling, visualization, and operations
- Experience in process and system improvement
- Solid communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

The Role: As a Global L&D Data and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing data, systems, and operational processes to support scalable Global L&D programs. Your main tasks will include ensuring accurate data capture, analyzing training data to produce insights, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating logistics for training sessions across multiple countries.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - 3-5 years of experience in data and operations - High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel - Skills in data analysis, handling, visualization, and operational excellence - Experience in systems and process improvement - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
