As the leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions across the UK, we're searching for a seriously talented, strategic and super organised Customer Solutions & Bid Manager to join our incredible Sales team.

We support various ways of working, including predominantly remote, office-based, or a mix of both worlds. We highly value in-person interactions, and we encourage teams to gather regularly at least once a quarter.

The Customer Solutions & Bid Manager role sits within the heart of our Sales team, dedicated to supporting the business in the design and documentation of solutions while ensuring the establishment of an efficient internal bid process. On top of driving all bid activities across the UK and Europe, shaping our commercial agreements with new and prospective customers, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative and comprehensive solutions to address the complex needs of clients.

We think the role would be great for somebody who has previously worked in a similar role providing comprehensive solutions to customers, some project management experience and proficiency in bid management software, as well as someone with a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a bonus! Proven experience in solutions development, bid management, or a similar role in a complex and competitive business environment is required.
