Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. We are seeking a passionate Fundraising Coordinator to join our Toronto based team.

The role The Fundraising Coordinator role will be supporting our infamous Movember fundraising campaign. This role will be working closely with our Development team and in collaboration with the Engagement & Stewardship team. Your focus will be on cultivating loyalty, enhancing retention, and providing exceptional stewardship to our valued supporters, driving growth in our priority sectors. By supporting the development and execution of a targeted fundraising strategy, you will help expand our revenue from existing and new Workplace supporters and high value fundraisers.

Job requirements Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Technically proficient in Microsoft suite of programs and can pick up other software easily. Has a track record of taking initiative, working independently and being resourceful. Excellent communication skills and calm demeanour. Good organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment. Adaptability and flexibility. Proficient in research techniques, database management (e.g. SalesForce). Bonus points for French language skills.
