In this role you will be part of the multi-disciplinary Data Services Team, and support its mandate, from initial set-up to preparing client-ready data deliverables. The team’s core responsibility is to construct client deliverables by aggregating and evaluating data and also providing context on the content.

Role & Responsibility: Advise on technical feasibility of new one-off/recurring deliverable requests and create samples in accordance with Data Services’ procedures. Set up one-off/recurring automated data deliveries (data feed and API) via our digital platform. Support non-automated data deliveries as needed, aggregating, evaluating, and analyzing data in accordance with internal guidelines. Perform end of gate quality control on the data by means of change detection and validation. Provide technical/data integration support for Sustainalytics’ clients, closely collaborating with client advisors/sales team. Respond quickly to client queries to resolve issues, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders where applicable. Support clients/sales in accessing and understanding Sustainalytics’ data catalogue, providing context on product data models. Interpret data connecting content knowledge (on Sustainalytics’ suite of ESG research products) with technical knowledge. Identify opportunities for process optimization and QA enhancement. Contribute to/lead internal projects and change management activities/inventories/transition projects regarding data deliveries, meeting high quality assurance standards.

Business Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in statistics, informatics, economics, mathematics or related field Strong written and spoken English: level C1+ Solid Microsoft Excel skills Relevant (3+) work experience in handling data, building reports and data consultancy Highly organized, meticulous, striving for excellence Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders Nice to have Strong analytical skills including data QA knowledge/experience Technical skills including SQL/Python/APIs knowledge/experience Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
