  • Develop and execute a data-driven paid media strategy to drive user acquisition.
  • Lead initiatives on Paid Social and Paid Search, with the opportunity to expand into new channels.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar Acquisition Marketing role.
  • Proficiency with Braze and experience with US consumers and DTC subscription models.
  • Strong background in lifecycle/CRM programs, email marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced, data fluent, creative, impact oriented manager of Acquisition Marketing to own and scale our paid media activity.

Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition marketing you’ll have end-to-end control to shape our user acquisition strategy through paid media. Initially you’ll focus on Paid Social, primarily Facebook and Instagram, and Paid Search marketing. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand to new acquisition channels and build a team who can execute at a world class standard.

You’ll benefit from working with a team that have built performance advertising businesses to >10Bn revenue and large scale machine learning prediction models.

What you'll do...

Oversee all of our paid media activity, developing an effective strategy grounded in insight and data, that plays a key role in ZOE helping millions of people improve their health. Establish the creative strategy and feedback loop so we learn over time, working closely with our Brand team, in-house Creative team and external creators. Work closely with our major publisher partners to optimize campaigns, targeting, and landing page strategies Work with our Data Science and Analytics team to ensure we track, measure and report on what matters, driving data-led decision making in day to day optimisation decisions, OKR setting and longer term strategy. Test new campaigns and new channels with a strong focus on sustainable growth, moving quickly to adjust our approach based on results. Share success and learnings with the wider team and company.

Are a left and right-brained thinker who loves using data, technology, customer insights, and creative strategies to build brands in a ROI positive manner If you desire to work on a loved brand whose best days are still ahead You’re as comfortable getting hands-on writing briefs, taking a step back and thinking strategically about the paid media landscape and reviewing our strategy and tactics to allow us to ‘punch above our weight’. You’re data-driven, have a strong data toolkit with experience looking at platform and internal data to understand CPAs and LTV, analyse test performance and identify performance trends. What we care most about here is if you have an analytical mind and are ‘data curious’… there are always wins to be had by digging into the data! You understand creative is an important performance lever, as well as a way to tell our brand story. You’re a digital media innovation geek, ahead of industry trends, eager to test new channels and tactics. Managed a team of direct reports and indirect reports before and thrive on getting the best out of them. You are extremely self-motivated and can work autonomously.


2-3 years of working in a similar role. Braze experience. Experience working with US based consumers and companies would be considered a bonus. Experience working with Email, Chat, App and SMS campaigns at scale. Experience working niche customer segments in a health or science capacity. DTC Subscription experience is ideal; some form of digital marketing a must. 1-3 years of experience with lifecycle/CRM programs, ideally with high-growth DTC startups. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices with email CRM experience. Strong copywriting skills and you’ll receive some training on this ongoing too! Analytical with strong understanding of A/B testing. Understanding of customer communication best practices and compliance. Highly organized with excellent project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re a great collaborator: People love working with you.
