Role Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery of our programmes, namely, Achieve, Get Hired, Get into, and Get Ready programmes.
  • Work in concert with Delivery Partners to devise and execute our delivery plan and ensure targets are met.
  • Forge and sustain relationships with employers across London and delivery partners to promote diverse employment and high-standard programme delivery.

The King's Trust in London is currently going through an exciting period of development. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Management Team to lead and motivate our team of Youth Development Leads on a fixed-term basis until April 2027.

The role: As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our programmes, which include Achieve, Get Hired, Get into, and Get Ready programmes. Working collaboratively with Delivery Partners, you will develop and implement our delivery plan and ensure we meet targets. In our Employability role, we focus on developing and maintaining relationships with employers across London who have live job opportunities, while also supporting the employment of diverse talent and ensuring quality and compliance throughout. In our Education role, we focus on developing and maintaining relationships with delivery partners to deliver our programmes to a high standard, supporting young people within their provisions to gain qualifications, build confidence, and prepare for their next steps.

Job requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong planning and organisational skills, effective data analysis skills, a track record of operational management, and the ability to support and motivate a high-performing team are essential.
